Broadway Toyota Mahalapye powers the inaugural Moko Cultural Festival
On 27 July 2024, Broadway Toyota Mahalapye threw its full support behind Mahalapye’s inaugural Moko Cultural Festival. We proudly showcased a selection of our product range to festival-goers and played a key role as one of the event’s official sponsors.
The festival celebrated Mahalapye’s rich cultural heritage, featuring diverse displays of local traditions and lifestyles. Initiated by Kgosi Tshipe Tshipe, the event aimed to honour and appreciate the unique cultures of his people. The atmosphere was further enlivened by performances from some of Botswana’s most popular artists, including Dr Vom with his famous “Tsaya Thobane” song and the jazz maestro Punah Gabasaine.
